Repeat Prescription Medicine and Food Order Form

We kindly ask for 24hrs notice for repeat prescriptions as they need to be checked and dispensed by a Veterinary Surgeon. It gives the Vet time to check your pet’s history and for medicines to be ordered in if necessary. It is a requirement by law to ensure any animal we supply ‘prescription only’ medicines to, are currently under the care of Alma Street Veterinary Hospital. This means we are obliged to re-examine the animal at regular intervals. This will usually be every 6 months, although it can vary depending on each individual case. We do our very best to accommodate urgent requests for repeat medicines, but we do appreciate 24hrs notice in order to offer our clients efficient service.

Once your prescription or order is processed you will be contacted by a staff member by phone or SMS. Please note orders placed after 6pm Friday, will be processed the following Monday. If the repeat is urgent, please call 4922 8138.
